Ive just set up the integration with Mailchimp and added my unique list ID to teh hidden fields section.
However, this shows up in my forms now.

Hidden Field and my identifier show up here.

How do I remove this so that the hidden field isn't visible?
Im sure Im missing something very simple.

I think your problem is in the "Setup Opt-in" form section.

Is the "code detection" ok with your mailchimp form ?

With your form code, the url of your website or even better, a temporary admin access to your website (to make a better investigation).
