Hi,

The last release of the pagelines theme use twitter bootstrap who have a modal script inside, this modal script enter in conflict with WPSubscribers, to correct you can replace the file script.bootstrap.min.js in the js subfolder by this one http://www.wpsubscribers.com/pagelines/ ... rap.min.js (it's the same file without modal script)

Hope this help

Hi,
It seems a issue with the CSS from your Theme, try with the CSS custom in WPS to adapt it.
It's difficult to give you more informations without the popup in live.
