To use the "connect with facebook" in a regular optin form :

Use for example the Custom Opt-in Form,
In More Settings disable the Subscribe Form
In the form content (HTML version) where you would like the button, add :

[HTML]<fb:login-button size="large" v="2" perms="email"></fb:login-button>
[/HTML]
