I want integrate a predefined choice list (mailchimp) in the other fields area ( html optin)

But How (a exemple please) ?

Bonjour Maxime,
le seul moyen pour avoir des listes, c'est de copier le code dans la partie html du plugin sans utiliser le "Setup optin Code"
