Auto Disable not working

I have the opt-in set up and working right on my site but the auto disable seems to not be working. Every time i come back to the home page no matter how many times i enter my email the pop up keeps coming up. Just looking to be pointed in the right direction here, if you need more information to help that is not a problem.

It seems there is a bad configuration,
